I hate when people rate 10/10 for everything. Feels like a cop out. With JoAnn though, it's accurate. This is our second time working with JoAnn, and first time selling. She was so thorough, front loading with information to ensure we understood the process of buying/selling simultaneously, and was sure to give us a platter of options. What felt like a rapid transition of making an offer and listing our house, in hindsight was so well coordinated because we had JoAnn in our corner. She is an advocate, an educator, a stager, a stylist, and more. She even offered to watch our kiddos during closing if childcare became an issue. JoAnn will doing everything required to do right by you and to get you to the closing table. JoAnn has kept in touch with us, celebrating big life events like births of kids ever since we met in 2020 and I feel so fortunate knowing we can expect that moving forward. We found our dream home. I hope I NEVER move again, but if I do, JoAnn is the first call.

Omg! The absolute Best 😁 We met JoAnn at an open house, she was so welcoming and nice we decided to use her to purchase our home. Joann went out of her way to find us the perfect house, braved snowstorms so I could go see a house I was interested in! Where do I begin with how incredible it was to work with JoAnn?! I had been planning to rent out my house while some life things had me out of town for a while, but things took a turn and JoAnn was able to jump in and help me sell my home instead. She managed a few remaining repairs, arranging cleaning, furnishing the house for amazing photos, and so many other odds & ends I couldn't handle while being out of town.
