We chose Joanna based on a strong recommendation from a friend. The fact that she offered the Warrior program incentives sealed the deal for us working her. She didn’t require a contract and was very available for us. We both work regular business hours and Joanna spent many night and weekends usually in the rain showing us properties. We went back to multiple houses several times and she always accommodated us and never complained. When we closed escrow and she knew it was moving day she brought us nourishing snacks and that was so above and beyond what was required of her. I would strongly recommend her to anyone I know who needs a broker.
