Even with my limited options, Joanna was able to find me the perfect home. When my financings started to fall through, she was able to find me another lender who saved the day

Joanna is an amazing person to work with when selling a home, extremely dedicated and loyal!

Joanna is a great realtor. Professional and friendly. When I moved to Paso Robles I had Joanna as my realtor. When my parents moved here, they had Joanna as well. Transactions ran smoothly. Joanna is the best. As stated before, Joanna is great. Her communication skills are excellent. I always feel Joanna goes above and beyond my expectations. Her service is impeccable. I would recommend Century 21 Hometown Realty, Atascadero to any of my friends considering selling their property, and especially, Joanna Nowinski. Everything was great. Joanna is the most professional, friendly and communicative realtor I have ever had. Her service is top notch.

Joanna Nowinski is an excellent real estate agent. She was always available to me and responded immediately to my questions and concerns. She is a highly qualified professional in this competitive field and few agents can compare to her performance. For me anticipating any question I might have as a buyer and to be ready with the answer is the first test an agent has to pass. She was attentive to every detail during my escrow. I will recommend her to anyone who is looking for help in real estate.

I had lived out of state for the most of this sale and there were some very unusual weather issues where the sale was located, which Joanna skillfully and wonderfully coordinated with me on. I would use her again in a heart beat, buying or selling, and I would definitely recommend to anyone. I have complete faith in Joanna and her work ethic. Plus she is a very nice person!

Joanna was very well informed about the area and properties plus she knew exactly how to market, present, and price our house. We appreciated how well she explained everything and what steps we needed to take to get our home ready for market. She is definitely easy to communicate with and kept us on track and informed.

I relied heavily on Joanna Nowinski because I reside out of the area. Joanna does not complain, she digs in and gets whatever needs doing DONE. She consistently kept me informed and communicates very well. Joanna is eager to help navigate & resolve any problem/issues, going above & beyond. I fully trust Joanna to represent me and would not hesitate to work with her again. Highly recommend her for successful results. Joanna Nowinski is always there to go the "extra mile."
