Joanne was wonderful! She was very patient and knew how to walk us through the process. We weren’t very focused in the beginning. Not sure what we wanted or how to prioritize. My husband and I were at different places at different times and she helped us to focus and talk about things that were most important to us. She showed us many different homes which helped us to get organized. Once we were in agreement about things and had a priority list, she was ready to roll and using all of her resources to help us our home. We had some bumps in the road related to multiple contract situations that didn’t work out for us, but Joanne was right there going through it with us. We are so happy with the home we purchased and truly believe that we could not have gotten to where we are without Joanne’s help. We just cannot say enough good things about her and will continue to recommend her to all of our friends!!
