Initially, I did not seek out a broker to work with. I did a lot by my self such as looking at properties and finding houses. But when I set up a showing one time, I met with Jodi Young from Century 21 and I really enjoyed working with her. It’s intimidating at times dealing with realtors as they can be pushy and not give you the time you need if you are not super interested in finding a house ASAP. I would definitely recommend Jodi! She is great with explaining details and walking through the process. I was impressed with how she remembered little things we talked about during the sale process. Jody was very helpful with the sale of our house . Had great recommendations on people to use to fix some of the things that needed to be done before we could sell.
