I would work with Jody every time. I was purchasing a home from another state and did not see house until I was under contract. Jody went above and beyond by including my stepdad at to the showings. Both properties needed some work and she gave me a fair assement of pluses and minuses. She could have pushed the more expensive property but she realized my goals and expecations for this home. She then helped negotiate a fair price and a closing that got a little complicated. Jody was exactly who I needed.
