Jody Roche

Jody was helpful and encouraging during a difficult market. She was determined to help us reach our goal. Always professional with care during the ups and downs of this process. Her extensive experience provided a level of trust in her recommendations for an area she has served for many years! So grateful for her diligence to get our house sold!

I worked with Jody Roche on the purchase of my home via a relocation from California. She was the first and only agent I called to sell the property we found 10 years ago. I am using her services on the purchase of my next home. Very freindly, attentive, professional and trustworthly of an agent!!

Jody is a long-time family friend who has worked with multiple family members. When it was time for me to buy a house, I knew to use Jody based on the excellent service she provided to my family members. She was always extremely quick in setting up showings, is very responsive, and tactically helped us in determing an offer price and with negotiations with the seller. She is a first-rate realtor, and I'm happy I worked with her to find a home for myself and future family.
