Joe worked hard to keep in contact with the loan agency I was going through to make sure everything was going smoothly. He sent me listings of multiple houses that fit the criteria I was looking for before I decided on the one I bought. He was very attentive to detail and made sure to send me every document I needed. Joe was incredibly friendly and professional and made the process of buying my home much less stressful. He helped me with anything I needed, always kept in contact with me throughout the entire process, and was always able to make time to show me houses. Joe is an amazing Realestate agent and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home! The only other Centry21 staff I interacted with buying this home was when it was closing day. They were very professional and knowledgeable and made the signing very easy. I couldn't have asked for a better Realestate agent than Joe Banks!

I would recommend Joe Banks for all your real estate needs. Whether you are buying or selling Joe will take care of you.
