4 days!! That's how long it took Joe to sell our house. Learned a lot during the initial 'walk through' with Joe, and his suggestions both saved us money, ie, leave the kitchen alone, paint would be great etc. etc. and made us money. The final sale price was above asking. The sign went up Monday, we accpeted an offer Friday. I would also add that Joe really was in touch with the market conditions in our area, and that enhanced our ability to sell quickly.

Joe has done many deals for me and will be doing many more. He is a trusted, honorable person who has your best interest in mind at all times throughout the selling or buying process. His strong business background comes to the forefront during the negotiation stages of the deal.
