A Couple of years ago I saw that Joe Lisi was working for Century 21 and was now a real estate agent. I contacted Joe and we had a lengthy discussion on my past challenges on my real estate purchases and my goals and ambitions for future purchases. In the past 2 years I have done about 12 deals with Joe Lisi. It was nice meeting Joe. The sale of the house went very smooth and the selling price was better than expected. I would definitely work with Joe again or recommend him to others.

Initially, I wasn't sure who to list my house with. I was in Ontario at the time and searching on the internet, I saw that Joe Lisi had a property listed for sale close to my area. I called him, we spoke on the phone and I immediately got a good feeling from Joe as he was friendly, and helpful. We agreed to meet in a couple weeks when I would be in P.E.I. Joe and I met, discussed my needs and he laid out a plan to sell my property. I had several questions and concerns and everything Joe presented to me made good practical sense and I agreed to hire him as my agent. Throughout the brief time my house was on the market, I spoke with Joe several times over the phone and a few times in person. He always displayed friendliness, professionalism and a genuine concern addressing my needs and questions. He also provided a great deal of welcomed, helpful advice,. My house sold quicker than I had anticipated and the entire process, from start to finish, went smooth and with considerable ease thanks to the expertise of Joe Lisi. If purchasing or selling a property in the area he services, I would want him as my agent again.

Joe was exactly what we were looking for in a realtor as we searched for our new home. He was efficient, patient, knowledgeable, professional, and willing to help at every turn from viewings through to closing. I would recommend Joe to anyone whether it is your first home or final home.
