Joel Hargett

Joel Hargett was absolutely incredible to work with during the purchase of our new home after selling the one we had lived in for almost 20 years. He went above and beyond, even running point on inspections and fixes while we were out of the country on vacation. Joel was patient and understanding throughout the process, always taking the time to answer our questions and reassure us when the stress started to build—he even talked me off the ledge a few times. His professionalism, calm guidance, and genuine care made all the difference, and we are so grateful we had him in our corner. Highly recommend!

Working with Joel Hargett was an absolute pleasure. He was instrumental in helping us get the best price possible for our home while also timing the sale perfectly with the market. Since we hadn’t bought or sold a house in nearly 20 years—this was actually the first home we had ever sold—we had countless questions throughout the process. Joel was incredibly patient, thorough, and reassuring every step of the way. His expertise and guidance made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
