John has been a great broker for us. He listened to what we deemed to be our most important considerations for purchasing our house. He is very knowledgeable about finances, locations, and all aspects of the real estate market. Also, he is always available and takes pride in his work. A solid personal integrity.

The process John Balzano outlined to prepare the property for sale was extremly helpful. We trusted John Balzano from the beginning of the Sales process and continued to trust in his knowledge, guidance and professionalism, as the sales cycle (quickly) progressed. Our overall satisfaction with John Balzano's services was met and exceeded and we will always recommend John Balzano to our family, friends, and associates. We will always request John Balzano to manage our future selling/buying needs.

John Balzano made the process of selling our home very easy, especially considering it was our first time selling and we were out of state for the entire process. When we contacted him, he was responsive and always kept us informed at every stage. He provided knowledgeable guidance and advice, thoroughly explaining the process and the potential outcomes, helpful for making educated decisions. John's expertise with the pricing strategy and marketing plan proved very effective, taking less than a week to receive an over asking offer. In our absence, he facilitated every inspection, cleaning services, showings, and meetings in a timely and professional manner. He was easy to work with and trustworthy. I would highly recommend John to others buying or selling.
