John Balzano sold my condo to me almost 25yrs ago and has sent updates on sales in my complex over the years, therefore I wanted to give him the opportunity to present a selling plan to me. I was very pleased with his plan and agreed with his recommendations. He was very efficient, caring, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process and always available when needed. His experience was greatly appreciated. I will highly recommend John to family and friends.

Very knowledgeable. Very approachable. The best realtor I've ever dealt with. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a realtor

Great agent with a strong understanding of Boston area market dynamics, particularly South Shore related. Would recommend highly.

John Balzano is an excellent Agent. He listens to your every need and advises you in a professional way from beginning to end. He is very polite and caring Agent, whom I would recommend to friends and family.

I appreciate it. Thank you John

John was nothing short of Spectacular. He had a unique customized marketing strategy tailored specifically to sell my house. I listened to everything John said and I trusted his expert opinion, so we implemented his sales plan. The result was we sold our house at 111% of our asking price in less than 36 hours. You won't find a better real estate broker than John Balzano anywhere!!

Extremely helpful & knowledgable in finding our next dream home.

Working with John was a wonderful experience.
