John is an excellent agent. Did an outstanding job selling our families home. Even thou out of state he kept us well informed. You won't find a harder working agent to represent you.

John is one heck of a fantastic realtor on all fronts. He is super responsive, has vast experience with the market and pricing, has a great network of resources to get things done, and is more than willing to go the extra mile! We couldn’t have gotten this house ready to sell and sold it without him. We more than appreciate the amazing service that John provided us!

John is a truly outstanding realtor. His attention to detail, ability to find the perfect property, ca-do positive attitude, business skills, integrity, honesty, people skills, negotiation skills...Anyone that has had the luxury of working with John will have the same response. John can literally work magic. I've also heard of " service after the sale", how about a professional that will text you back in 5 minutes years after the sale on any questions. On a scale from 1-10, John is a 20.

We have worked with John Christopher buying two houses and selling one house so far and have had an excellent experience with all of these. He is incredibly on top of everything and it made our experience so much easier. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

We worked wiht John Christopher to sale our home in Littleton. John went above and beyond to get us get the house ready and make the sale quick and easy. We also worked with John in 2016 to purchase our home and the experinece was just as pleasant. I recommend John to anyone who is buying or seeling a home. We couldn't have asked for a better representative and if we were staying in the Denver metro area would definitely use him again.

John Christopher is true professional, and his knowledge of the market is impressive. He is quick to respond and communicates effectively. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him for anyone needing real estate expertise.

John Christopher went above and beyond any expectation I would have had for a real estate agent. The time John put into making sure everything was perfect is greatly appreciated by both myself and my wife. I'm not sure I could ever thank John enough for what he did. Thank you

John Christopher went above and beyond in the sale of my home. I had a very critical situation in which I needed to sell my home. John understood and took care of everything with great compassion and detail. In addition, he is incredibly knowledgeable and was such an amazing asset to have in answering my never ending questions. John was always available and never made me feel like he didnt have time for me. If I could rate him higher I would. I will definitely be using him in the future as well as recommended him to anyone in need of an agent. I cannot thank John enough for all he did for me and my family.

John went out of his way multiple times to advocate for us, help us, guide us, and provide anything that was needed to make the home buying process as smooth as possible. During an extremely stressful and overwhelming time, he defined calmness, and was able to provide answers to our many questions without making us feel like we were a bother, or a waste of his time.

John has been a complete delight to work with. He is very knowledgeable about transaction and has saved us a lot of money.
