The total time from when my house went on the market to when I had the funds from the sale in my bank account was eight days! The amount of coordination that John had to do very quickly was enormous, but he did it with a positive attitude and always kept me informed of where we were in the process, what my options were, and he always explained the pros and cons of each decision I had to make without giving his opinion unless I specifically asked for it. Even though I was 1100 miles away when my home went on the market, I knew at all times exactly how things were going. John's communication skill level is very high, he has the ability to reduce the incredibly complicated real estate jargon to something I was able to understand quickly. And he got me a sale price $50,000 higher than I ever hoped to get! I can not recommend John highly enough, the amount of work he did in a very short time was well beyond what I'd ever heard of any other realtor doing.
