As an out-of-town owner of a property that I was trying to sell, but had never visited in person, I was totally reliant upon the agent I chose to visit the property and devise a sales strategy based on the results of that visit. Even when the eventual buyer dropped the ball and was not going to meet the closing deadline regarding delivering the funds for the sale, John again stepped in and made that happen so the closing went through on time.
