We weren't happy with previous agent with another firm because he was trying to sell our house as something that it wasn't. John didn't do that. He listed it exactly as it is. We felt much better as we didn't feel that we were hiding anything. John was a pleasure to work with! He was very honest and genuinely portrayed our property. I think that the home was priced fairly. John is very good at communication at all aspects of the listing and sale.

30 days ago we learned our offer was accepted on our new home. Before that we were in a neutral position as we were contemplating early retirement, relocating back to Wisconsin to be closer to our kids and first grandchild. Now we have a new home in Wisconsin, sold our home in Georgia and are retiring on 1/24/22! We finally did take a more active look and found the perfect one for our blending families needs. Within less than a week we had an accepted offer from the builder! This was the best turnout we as a family could have asked for. We live 4 hours away and needed to purchase a home due to medical reasons ASAP. John worked with my younger daughter and treated her as family. Together they looked at homes that he thought was a great investment for us. I asked John each time they looked at a home "would you let your daughter live in this home?" I was so impresses. John found us a perfect home. Anytime we had a question no matter time or day he answered his phone. He is from the area and knows his job very well.

John Gyorfi is an amazing broker who does an excellent job working with you to get the sale complete. I would work with John again in a heartbeat and not even consider a different agent. He worked with colleagues and friends to get our land sold. He thought of different ways of attracting buyers to our land like offering boat rides as an open house on our lake lot. Not very many real estate agents are this dedicated to complete the sale. After moving 1000 miles across country John did what he could to sell our land and did everything himself to close our property. We appreciate everything John did for us!
