I have no doubt he is a great realtor/ broker, but John is a tremendous person! He is a great communicator, who is always willing to answer the phone regardless of what time it is or what he is doing. I am a high maintenance client (even though JK says "it's fine...") I know I can be demanding. John has a tremendous "bedside manner" and explains things to my wife and I in a manner that helps us to understand. I cannot say enough good things about JK and all he has done for my family and I. I have personally purchased 2 houses with JK and sold 2... he is in a league of his own! Even though he couldn't help us buy a new home in Florida, he reached out to a FLA realtor to help us out. Great realtor, better human!!!

John knew the local market inside out and knew when to be competitive when he needed to be. John and I acted very quickly on the house I purchased; he came prepared to the showing and spoke with the listing agent about what the seller was looking for. Given how fast-paced the market is today, John's thoroughness was crucial in putting in a successful offer.
