We've been finding houses for rent for 2 months but we failed several properties. With John, just 1 time in 1 week and that's it. We lived in the house that we loved right now. He knows what we need, always clear our concerns, always response fast, easy to contact with even 2AM in the morning, on time, he works with enthusiasm, he even look around and check the house before he tours us then contact with the owner about the things that need to be fixed. Definitely a professional! John Krozel is the best, we will recommend him to anybody we know that need help about housing.

John was great to work by promoting and selling my property in a timely fashion.

John is great to work with. He helped me buy the property originally, because he is great at explaining and is wanting the best for you he takes his time when he is with you. I never felt rushed, only listened too. I will continue to work with John going forward.

Very good at what he does!! I would encourage all to get a 2nd quote from this agent, it is well worth it!

I was please because John understand that customers are important and John showed that I was important to him by answering my questions sometimes faster than I expected. John was very patient. I will recommend John Krozel to anyone who either is considering buy or selling a property.
