He not only was wise in the approach we should take concerning SELLING, but showed EXCEPTIONAL compassion with what was BEST for ME and not HIS profit, The communication was ALWAYS open any time i had a concern or question. John was PROMPT to answer any call or text. I ALWAYS enjoyed talking to John because he has a personality that just radiates CARE and takes his time to make sure you KNOW AND UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING he is explaining to you. I have two good friends that are Realtors, and verbally told them when i was ready to sell, i was going to recruit them. After being out of the continental United States for five years and out of home ownership for eleven years we were ready to start again. We interviewed two agents out of the Greenbrier office. Both agents were recommended to us by a friend who worked in real-estate. We wanted an agent that could work with North Carolina and Virginia. I was confident that both agents would be great representatives. In the end we felt most comfortable with John's personality and demeanor. After the long hard year, I am confident we made the best choice to help us through the process. In 2021 the market was depleted of four and five bedroom homes. We settled on a new build. I think our building process was quite different than most. It was a hybrid of custom and planned neighborhood. It was a learning process for everyone involved. COVID impacted supply and pricing.
