John Sanders

John is very nice guy. Very hopeful and enjoy working with him.

Working with John Sanders to purchase our new home was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From our very first conversation, John made us feel like a priority. He answered the phone every time I called. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and used his deep knowledge of the area to guide us toward neighborhoods that truly fit our needs. Thanks to his expertise, we found a wonderful home in a great neighborhood that stayed within our price range. John was especially impressive during the negotiation process. He was strategic, and clearly experienced, helping us secure the best possible deal while keeping everything smooth and stress-free. Beyond that, he went above and beyond in the personal touches like buying us lunch and later meeting with us in his office to carefully walk us through every step of the purchasing process. He explained everything clearly and made what could have been overwhelming feel simple.
