I've been working with John Tait over the past 10 years. I bought two condos from him 10 years ago and just sold both. From the first day I met John he was so nice and friendly. That alone made me feel comfortable as it was my first time to Panama City Beach. He listened to what I was interested in and came up with some options. He was very knowledgeable with the market and very helpful when we found our units to negotiate a price for us that we were comfortable with. Now 10 years later when we wanted to see the market was so unstable! Way different from when we first bought! He did his research on the first unit we were wanting to sell . We listed at a slow time of the year which we knew but he told us we just needed to give the market a chance and it did sell for a good price. A few months later we listed our second condo at a better time of the year but there were so many more condos for sale. He suggested a price to start with and 6 weeks later it sold!
