John went over and above. He far exceeded our expectations in every dimension. He always arrived before our appointed time, ensured the lights were on and he did a preliminary inspection of the property noting for us any deficiencies he found. Because I am a veteran and used my VA benefits, the VA required that bushes be trimmed back from the against the home. John brought his own hedge clippers because he didn't like the job the seller did it cutting them back. This went way beyond our expectations. John is a fantastic agent and we couldn't be happier.
