In a short amount of time Johnson was able to provide us with the ideal property that I was purchasing for my mother. The property was needed quickly and had specific requirements because of her age. Johnson quickly responded to our inquiry and found us the ideal property in a short amount of time. Although the property was 24 years old it was immaculate, no damage, no work or repairs needed, and had a newer roof, windows, and HVAC so there were no improvements to worry about for a long time. This property satisifed 100% of our requirements and more. Everything went quickly and smoothly after we made our decision to purchase and Johnson didn't mind taking us back to the property on multiple occasions to measure and inspect. Jack was phenomenal to work with, he was very attentive, very accessible and followed up promptly when needed. Most importantly, Jack was empathetic to the situation as I was trying to find a home. We definitely talked about business but also he was able to give great advice outside of business, which proves that Jack is a great human being not just a phenomenal realtor.

One of these alternative properties is what we eventually settled on because of several factors not the least of which was affordability, better location within the community, and overall value. I was really impressed with Jack's knowledge of the area and comparison of the options considering the distance from his office. He also referred us to a mortgage rep who was so helpful and patient because we had a difficult situation and a few issues to work through.
