Jack was excellent in all aspects of the sale of my home. I have used Jack in the past and was never disappointed. He is excellent in what he does. He will always be my first choice.

Jack is great to work with…

In my opinion, Jack Yerkes is the best agent anyone can have in order to Sell or Buy a property. He is honest, well informed and lays down strategies that work. He has been a very helpfull adviser through the course of our endeavours. Wheather it is to deal with a notice from the Township or finding rental clients, Jack is always on top of things and gets the job DONE! I highly recommend Jack Yerkes to my family, clients and aquantences. Should you need services to buy, sell or rent properties, Jack Yerkes, is your answer!

Referred by Zillow. Johnson Yerkes (Jack) was very professional, responsive and patient. He has good knowledge of the local areas and will be with you from the beginning to the very end of the process.

Professional, outstanding knowledge of the area, easy to work with and delivered outstanding results.

This is the second time that we have worked with Jack Yerkes. He knows a tremendous amount about real estate and he really knows the area. We didn’t even consider another agent because we knew Jack was the right person for the job. We would recommend him in a heartbeat!!

Jack was a true professional! This was not an easy property to sell (estate) and we ran into many roadblocks along the way. I mean it when I say, I could never have navigated through this process without Jack’s help, knowledge and guidance! He was patient, kind and respectful in every interaction I had with him. He also was calming and reassuring when I needed that. He helped me through every step of the process, right up to and including settlement. He always was extremely prompt with communication, I never had to wait for an answer to my questions or a return call. And he also never made me feel like my novice questions were unimportant or silly. I value the working relationship we had and now feel as though I have a friend!
