Our experience was great, and we would recommend Jack to anyone looking to buy a home. Jack was able to put together a HUD bid in a morning, get us the bid, work super fast with the mortgage bank, and set us up to move before our lease contracted ended, also including all of the essential pieces to have security and peace of mind about the home even after close. Definitely a great experience! Good guy, always will remember his help

Jack, Thank you for making our dreams come true! Your patience, guidance and support will never be forgotten!

If you have a home to sell in the Washington Township Area I would highly recommend Jack Yerkes. You won't find a realtor that will work harder for you. His communication is excellent and his advertising and open houses were exceptional.

Jack was very helpful and knowledgeable. Luckily I don’t have to ever buy a home again, but if I did, I would go with Jack!

Johnson and Yerkes is a first class realtor . From beginning to the end Jack Yerkes made our buying experience a really good one .

Johnson Yerkes made this experience the best! Really made my first time home buying process easy and painless. I would recommend Johnson Yerkes to anyone and everyone! Hands down he was a blessing durring this milestone!

Jack was the leasing agent for my apartment and did a fantastic job with a difficult tenant. I knew he would soma great job in selling my house. Always answers his phone and responds to emails quickly Jack is a pro and knew what he was doing. The only wrinkle was Wells Fargo, who held my mortgage and stretched out my short sale.
