Jon Becker was great to work with. He gave us alot of insight, protected our interests, and his experience was valuable. He did his homework with comps, and I think the information he provided in the MLS was detailed and he put in the work to make our sale a reality. He even pointed out how the buyer agent was not doing things he would have in our agreement, which showed his experience. Although our transaction was smooth and without issue, I know if we had problems he would be a great reource if that was not the case. I would trust Jon if we were to buy another house in the area without question. A pleasant, hard wokring, knowledgable, and all around seasoned sales guy!

Jon both helped us buy a house three years ago and then recently helped us sell the same house. In the most recent salt, the buyers were taking their sweet time getting documents to their lenders to get a clear-to-close, leading to extended wait times. Jon took the reigns and went above and beyond to get the buyer's agent and lender to move forward. If you want someone who will go to bat for you in either a purchase or sale, Jon is your guy.
