The entire sales process was managed completely and professionally by Jon Buck and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell a home in effortless style on the sellers part! He got the deal done in record time and communicated with my wife and I through the entire process.

Jon Buck displayed a wealth of real estate market knowledge and experience, balanced with acknowledgement and understanding of my desires for the sale of the property. Jon continually kept me abreast of market status, feedback, and prepared me for next steps throughout the sale process. Jon's diligence ensured that the sale went smoothly and the property was sold quickly for a fair price.

Jon Buck was very friendly was available when he was needed, did a very good job of negotiating on my behalf and made sure the buyers were not wasting my time I was very satisfied with whole experience.

I did not think there was ever such a thing as a perfect relator until we began working with Jon. He was informative and worked incredibly hard to get us into seeing houses without being pushy. I never felt like he was over selling us, but felt like he was providing valuable feedback which resulted in us getting into our dream home very quickly which surprised me in this market. I will do everything in my power to make sure that everyone I know uses Jon when buying a house because he and Judge Fite were that amazing.

Jon was amazing. We tried two other brokers, both were sub-par. Jon went above and beyond expectations. My fiancé worked with him prior and has the same great experience. He handled everything with professionalism, expertise, and care. I never had any issues with the entire process. If there was a sudden problem, Jon resolved it quickly. I can’t express how little stress this process was due to Jon’s handling of the deal and purchase. I will use him again, if possible, in the future. As stated in previous comment, Jon is the model of what people want in a broker. Everything went smoother than I expected, and there were plenty of potential issues to derail the deal, but Jon took care of it with his understanding and expertise. Everything was great. I am completely satisfied with everything.

Jon did an exceptional job with the sale of my home. He has been a longtime family friend and was the only Realtor we wanted to sell this home. His professionalism has been unmatched by any Realtor I’ve worked with in the past.

Jon Buck is professional, conscientious, and takes time to consider and respect my needs and requests. Jon always responds appropriately and timely. He is honest and upfront.
