John was always professional and he always answered my call. He was very precise and he always gave my wife and I updates of the process. He was easy to speak to and he gave us any information that we needed that was pertinent to our search for a new home.

Jon was very low key and no-pressure oriented which I immensely appreciated. He did not try to talk me into something I knew I didn't want like so many agents do, even though we were qualified well above properties we were looking at. We knew what we were looking for and why, shared with him info we were comfortable sharing and he proceeded to find what WE were looking for, rather than what he thought we should have. He was totally awesome. On a scale of 1-10, I would easily give him a 20 without any reservations. Jon always returned calls/texts very timely. He provided valued feedback on different properties. He was always available (even on vacation) but never "pushy". Jon made a rather stressful event go very smoothly. My husband and I had been trying for 10 months to locate and close on a home, with funding already in place, and Jon accomplished in a matter of weeks what we had been working on for nearly a year. Call Jon Buck! You WILL NOT be disappointed!

Jon was great. He went out of his way to assist us. Jon made sure we were taken care of. He insisted the septic be serviced and located as well as other things Jon is great. He is very open and honest. We loved working with Jon. He remembered things we told him. My wife wanted more cabinets in the kitchen than we have now. He always asked her about that.

we called a number from a yard sign and it was the best decision we ever made Jon recommended the inspector (that we used twice) that was super nice we loved him. Jon also recommended the home insurance (the judge fite 21st century insurance) that gave us the lowest price (even than our own company, allstate). Jon went above and beyond helping us. Day or night he could be reached. He met us day or night for whatever we needed, he responded to my calls or text day or night. Whatever house we wanted to see he had it set up in hours, he explained everything to us that we didn't understand. We recommend him to everyone!
