We enjoyed working with Jona Garrett! She was always quick to respond to our questions or needs. She is an excellent realtor! Very professional and very personable. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a realtor.

Jona was sincere, knowledgeable about other properties in our area, respected our asking price and got that price for us. Jona also had our backs when the buyer’s lawyer was unrealistic about details.

Jona is a go- getter. No moss growing under her feet!!! Great personality!!

Jona Garrett and the entire 21C team was fantastic. They are a true testament to working together for the greater goal. I would recommend them to anyone interested.

Would recommend to anyone moving to the Athens area. If the rest of the staff performs as well as Jona, then you all have a great agency. I'm prior military and have moved around 19 times to both coasts of the US and some time in Japan - during that time have had many realtors, and frankly, most have been not very helpful. Working with Jona has been the exact opposite, a true pleasure - communicating when required, but mostly just hands off and letting her do her job - which she did fantastically! Jona knew her trade well, and as such, sold an as-is house for a very fair price in a short time. Well done!
