Jonathan was a huge help and a major support in helping us find our home. Our parameters left a very wide net to cast, but Jonathan helped us narrow it down to exactly what we were looking for. As newcomers to Alberta, he helped us navigate the many different neighbourhoods and property types available. He was very honest about the values of the properties we were looking at, was very familiar with how much and what kind of work some properties needed, and didn't try to oversell us on anything, which we really respect about him. When it came time to make an offer, he was ready to 'tango' at all hours and was very patient with our hesitancy as first-time home buyers. If you're looking for a new home, we highly recommend Jonathan. Bonus points if you like old Toyota SUVs.

The experience working with John was great! During the house hunting stage he provided very useful guidance and highlighted key considerations that we would not have otherwise thought off in making our house selection. Once we got to the offer stage, we followed his lead on what to include in the offer. We were not disappointed as he helped us negotiate an offer much lower then we initially expected. Jon is also very friendly and we enjoyed meeting him during the house hunting stage. :)
