He also answered our many questions which kept us informed and up to date every step of the way. He is very punctual and would text if he was running even 5 minutes late. We appreciated this very much. And as for completing our offer and deal, he stood firm with our final offer price, and never pressured us to increase our offer, which many Agents would have done.
