Jonathan was extremely helpful throughout the process. We hit a number of speedbumps along the way but I felt like he had things under control the whole time.

He should be a lead model for up and coming realtors or ones already in the industry. His background knowledge makes him a superb agent who we will refer to anyone, especially buyers looking into investment properties and/or older homes. Thank you !!!

Jonathan Lusok is extremely helpful, ensuring that before we go to see any property, Jonathan Lusok was well prepared and has made contact with the broker on the other end well in time. Jonathan Lusok is extremely patient (as having the availability of 100s of apartments and having to shortlist, shortlist again and finally have one last shortlist). This activity can be extremely frustrating for a broker, but Jonathan Lusok showed no signs of impatience. Jonathan Lusok made sure that we are well aware of all possible documents that we (as owners) will need to sign while confirming purchase. Jonathan Lusok also ensured he negotiated hard for us before we withdrew conditions. I would 100% recommend Jonathan Lusok as your go-to broker!

Jonathan was amazing! Made my first time buyer experience seamless! Would definitely recommend Jonathan! He was there to answer every question and felt like I have known him for years!

Jonathan Lusok was very accommodating and easy to do the transaction with

Jonathan was extremely helpful in our search for a new home. He walked us through the process from start to finish. He always responded timely to any questions we had. We would highly recommend Jonathan to our friends and family.

Jonathan was always a pleasure to deal with..no matter what our concerns were..he was patient with our dumb questions. And with covid challenges he never seemed phased by issues. Constant professionalism always...when we first met him he put us at ease right away..we went from looking at older highrise condos to houses and finally settling on a brand new build...we are having major issues with floor squeaks which I have yet to bring to the warranty company...but that is not Jonathan 's fault...I cant say enough good things about his professionalism...I have been dealing with people my entire adult life ...so I know what I should expect...he is truely fantastic at what he does...

Jonathan was excellent in explaining the process to us as first time home buyers. He made the process easy and fun! Jonathan was always available when we needed to contact him making the process seamless. Communication was extremely clear. I would recommend Jonathan a million times over, he is highly professional, easy to work with, has great knowledge of the industry and was able to walk us through the steps with confidence and ease. We loved this process and will be giving Jonathan a call when we go to sell.
