Jon Styles was the best realtor!! With buying my new home, he took me step by step and educated me along the way. Very professional and knowledgeable. Shared the same enthusiasm and excitement as we searched and looked at properties. Communication was great and Jon always responded to all my questions in a clear, concise and timely manner. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!!

Jon Styles knew all the right things to do be it advertising or even suggestions about my kitchen. I would certainly recommend Jon Styles. He made selling a BREEZE.

Jon Styles had our best interest in the purchase of our home. He answered all questions we had> I would recommend him to family and friends

Jon did an excellent job on giving good advice on how to fix up house for sale, to proper price, and weekly follow ups on how things were progressing. Would recommend him to anyone.

I have never sold a house, but I feel Jon went above and beyond.

When I had to put my father's house on the market, I interviewed 4 agents in the area. Jon Styles was the only agent that I interviewed that had really done the research on the property. He was very professional and helpful with the sale of the property. He kept me updated throughout the process. Since, I live out of town it was important to have an agent that would also check on the house...Jon did that. Jon was always looking out for our best interest. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell real estate in Florida.
