Jordan in the beginning was extremely easy to talk to and approachable. Felt like we’ve been friends for a very long time. Being that I’m not from the area he made me feel like I’ve been here for a while. He began with educating me with the process on buying a home, and connected me with the right people to start the process. It all went extremely smooth and easy. We saw quite a few houses and Jordan always gave us good advice with what we should and how to look at things. Because of his advice we now have a home.

Jordan, You did such an amazing job helping us, from the very beginning of wanting to look into this house, and let alone walk us through every step of the way through the purchase of the home. It was an easy process!! Thanks to you! We appreciate you and your kindness through it all!

I met Jordan while touring a model home for a builder he was representing. I was impressed with the way he dealt with me and how he followed up several times even though our first contact was quite a long time from when we would actually be in the market for a home. I had been in sales myself in the 1980s and can spot a lot of things about a salesperson based on my experience. I really liked the way Jordan dealt with me, so it was an easy decision to have him represent me when we went to buy a home from another builder. I liked everything about the way Jordan dealt with me, and with how easy it was to communicate with him in person, by phone, by email, or in text messages. His attitude was super helpful and positive. Jordan was great about taking photos of our new house under construction approximately every week. We lived 1000 miles away and could not see the progress of the building ourselves. Jordan's weekly photos were incredibly useful to us. It never seemed to be a bother for him to take the photos for us. I can definitely recommend the services of Jordan Barnhill.

Jordan always was quick in answering texts or phone calls. Made us feel like we were only people buying a house. Made us feel comfortable in whole process. Would definitely recommend him to others.
