I had low expectations in regards to seeking the property. I thought it was something that would never sell and would continue to be an unnecessary burden that I would continue to carry. Jorge came and got it done. Priced it correctly and negotiated with the buyers for a fair deal. His knowledge of the area was impressive.

Jorge made the whole process smooth and stress-free for me and my husband. He was always available to answer our questions and kept us informed every step of the way. He communicated everything clearly with the owner before closing, which gave us peace of mind. Thanks to him, we got a great property with land that we can flip. We truly appreciate his professionalism and support.

I would recommend Mr Negrete to my friends and family with no hesitation, his professionalism is beyond reproach. I'm so grateful with Mr. Donny Jensen for refer me to Mr Negrete. Sincerely Sonia M. Escobar.

It has been a pleasure working with Jorge, he is very professional and transparent. No surprises, highly recommend.

Jorge was outstanding. Genuinely one of the hardest working most intuitive and dedicated professionals I've encountered. He took several challenges presented that my particular situation presented (out of area/traveling work and a lending program that is not encountered overly often) in stride and made it all work to assist me in finding exactly what I was looking for and walking me through the entire process. He explained every aspect of the and ensured that I was able to make well informed decisions right up until the closing. Additionally he and the brokerage took on a challenge at closing that very much wasn't the most beneficial for their bottom line and still were able to get the closing done. I'll seek out Jorge or someone on his team for any future real-estate needs and hope my kids will someday too. Nobody I'd rather work with in the future. That's not hyperbole. Its preference based on a great experience.

Jorge Negrete is AMAZING! Now a days it is rare to get the type of service Jorge provided. He was very informative. He explained everything that was going on and had my best interest at heart. Jorge is so kind, and understanding. He provided me and my family exceptional service and was very respectful of our situation. I would highly recommend Jorge and plan on using him in my future for my real estate needs.

Jorge is an excellent real estate agent! He is VERY attentive, knowledgeable, responsive, and caring. Throughout the entire process, he was very helpful, transparent, and clear. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Jorge was a pleasure to work with from the time I walked in to the office for information help selling the lot. (This was a Probate issue with me as Administrator so there were many moving pieces. He also dealt with my Probate attorney as warranted. She (Julie Clary) was impressed with Jorge and felt I had made a good decision for him to be on our "team.") I will reach out to Jorge again when I decide to sell the ajoining lot (not in the near future though.) Thank you for making this a good experience, as the overall Probate itself has not been easy; it was refreshing to at least have something go smoothly!
