Many years of experience. Works to the convinience of his clients. Easy going. Great personality.and full knowledge of his trade.

Jose communicates very well during the entire process which was very helpful because we were purchasing this while living in California so we couldn't be there thru the process. We made the offer sight unseen and relied heavily on Jose's description and photos that he supplied us. He was accurate and thorough in this. This allowed us to get our offer to the seller very quickly. There were multiple offers on this condo and with Jose's guidance we had our offer accepted. His experience payed off for us! We really wanted this condo and with Jose handling this transaction for, us we were able to buy it. Thank you Jose and Century 21 Hansen Realty.

In this part of Florida there are a lot of realtors, or maybe too many, but finding an agent with professionalism and dedication founded in Jose Gomez, I think it will be very difficult. Before hired Jose Gomez, I had already spoken with several agents of this company with very poor results.

Jose Gomez is an excellent person and very professional. We are very pleased with the time and effort that Jose put into helping us find a great house and assisting us through every step of the way to closing. We found him going the extra mile for us more than once. Jose is charming and delightful person as well. We recommend Jose to everybody.

Jose has a professional and friendly manner, he is courteous and knowledgeable, experienced, and calm. Also of great importance to me is his non-aggressive selling style. He suggests but does not push. He gives his honest opinion, but does not contradict clients wishes. A great guy who is dependable, reliable, and entirely trustworthy. I'm happy to have met him and hope to do more business with him over coming years.

Jose Gomez is a pleasure to work with; makes the whole process easy. He really helped me out with taking care of several issues regarding the inspection and wrapping up details that I wasn't able to do myself. Thanks Jose.
