They didn’t just tell you once but they kept telling you information that was important as much times as needed, even though we asked a bunch of the same questions. They were very patient with us and was always there to answer question even if it was 7pm Joe would text back or answer his phone to help us out. He had a lot of experience as you will experience since he knew a lot. Things he didn’t know he would tell you straight but he always said he will look for the answer and always called or text back with the answer. Overall Joe Castaneda and his team did above and beyond what I thought a realtor would do and helped me and my girlfriend close on our first home together. Definitely would recommend him and his team if your looking to buy a home.
