Let’s be honest, the process of selling your house can be a complete nightmare but with Joe by our side, it felt more like we were on an HGTV show, minus the drama. Joe came in with a whirlwind of open house tips and brought in the perfect staging partner with enough tips to make Joanna Gaines jealous. We were sailing smoothly toward a stress-free sail when carpenter ants were discovered, and a rogue gas leak decided to liven things up. Joe was able to smoothly wrangle everything together, from making sure my husband and I stayed calm to helping us out when we were unable to get over to the house ASAP to meet with the gas company and exterminator. If you want a realtor who knows the market, knows how to get the best bang for your house while being with you EVERY STEP of the way, then Joe is your guy. Joe will ALWAYS go the extra mile for his clients as he did for us.

Joe was great! I met him at an open house, and he was very informative and gave attention to my questions even though I wasn’t interested in the property he was showing. He contacted me by phone the next day to discuss one on one what I wanted. Joe was available for showings with very little notice, and he always contacted the sellers broker for each property we view beforehand to get the inside scoop on what was happening with the listing. When we found the right property, Joe just got the job done. In this crazy market, he was able to get me a significant price reduction even though the house had only been on the market for a couple of days! Once the contract was signed, I was very busy with work. Joe couriered documents for me, attended the inspection when I couldn’t, and even met my insurance agent at the house to walk him through. I would highly recommend Joe as he is truly working to get his client what they want.

I knew Joe needed to be my realtor the minute I met him! We just clicked, and he made me feel conformable with knowing ZERO about buying a house. Joe made the whole process SO easy, and not scary.
