Josephine did a fantastic job locating the right property and negotiating the right terms for our purchase. We are so lucky to have a very capable agent on our side.

As a first time home buyer, I was not sure about the whole process. Because Josephine helped us with the detailed explanation of every steps, strategies, and things to look for when you purchase home, we were able to find a perfect home in a competitive bidding process. We are so fortunate that Josephine was our agent. Without her, we would not be able to get this home. She was very professional and very clear as to where we are heading and what needs to be done in every step. She was there with us in the every step throughout the process, and helped us especially on the items that we never thought of. There is nothing more you can ask for from an agent. She was very professional, got the job done, follow up with us promptly, easy to contact, and trustworthy, and I felt that she was really representing us very well. Thank you Josephine!

With our transactions involving multiple sellers and buyers with numerous contingencies, Joey seamlessly makes sure every step is according to the timeline. Joey is very professional with attention to details. She also understands her field well as she anticipates multiple issues various sellers and buyers will raise, and fixes those issues ahead of time to avoid any “surprises.” She is very friendly, approachable, yet has a killer instinct that fights for the clients she represents. This is by far the most stress free real estate transaction I have encountered.

Every detail have been explained properly and Josephine Pham was always on top of the negotiations all the time. She was very helpful and informative. We closed earlier than expected thanks to her. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.

Josephine (better known to me as Joey) was friendly, professional and just an all around amazing person to work with. I felt comfortable with her and we hit it off the moment we met. She promised AND delivered! Can’t think of anything negative to say about her, she’s nothing short of outstanding. I’m looking forward to doing more business with her in the future!

Joey was amazing and was always on top of things. She really helped make everything really simple especially for first time home buyer

She has always put our needs first and guided us in the right directions. She was always available anytime of the day and never did we feel neglected. We are first time home buyers so there were a lot of things we did not know or understand but she made it very easy for us. Everything that was within our control went smoothly. It was our pleasure to do business with her and would again in the future.
