He came to our home, reviewed our home and the details of it and gave us his analysis of the market. He explained his services, the costs involved for all the parties, answered our questions, and told us how he would market the home. We ultimately decided he was the best choice for our family. We listed our home with him with his recommended price and he suggested we should get multiple offers at that price. Turns out, he was right. We ended up accepting a full price offer and was in escrow in less than a month. The house closed early, and it was a success.
