Josh was just what we needed in a realtor. He was patient with us as we searched for the home we didn't know we wanted and helped us all along the way. He was very knowledgeable and definitely knew his stuff which meant he was able to answer any question we had or give us advice on anything we were considering. He was always accessible and was very responsive anytime we contacted him. Add to that, he was fun to work with! We'll miss seeing him so often.
