Beyond happy with Josh as my realtor. He listen to everything I wanted and needed. He also pointed out things I would have missed or didn't think about. He also would accommodate my crazy work schedule and late evening messages. Definitely recommend him for your home buying needs

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing our first home together thanks to Josh! He was very accessible and always ready to help with any concerns we might have. I would highly recommend him for others.

Josh is an amazing realtor. He went above and beyond so many times. After showing us multiple homes. He went to bat for us when we had issues with repairs needing to be done. Then he would take the time to check on the repairs or keep us updated on what was going on. I would choose him time and time again!

Joshua Hesterwent the extra mile on numerous occasions to make the purchase happen. He helped correct a major error in the listing regarding the square footage that affected the market value of the house. Since we were out-of-town buyers, he took the time to give contractors and inspectors access to the property on our behalf. In brief, Josh is a five-star professional realtor. We will use him as our listing agent on our current home.

Josh was the greatest. Could not have asked for a better buying experience. He took care of everything. Very knowledgeable, patient with us old folks!! He sold my house and then sold me a new one!

I've known Josh for years, to be a man of integrity that works very hard for his clients. My experience with him did not disappoint in those regards I chose C21 because of Josh. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling. As an experienced buyer and seller, He understood my needs and higher level of involvement and truly filled the gaps to help us get this done. He is greatly appreciated.
