Joslyn was simply amazing! She was a pleasure to deal with and did an fantastic job. Communication is very important to me, she kept us in the loop with very step and replied to questions in detail so we understood the process. She is very compassionate in understanding how emotional selling your family home can be with all the memories you leave behind. You don't find many people who go above and beyond very often, she does. She can sell a house, but she cares and has passion for what she is doing. I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so.

Josyln was proactive in communicating the status of each stage of the process. Being that our main residence is 80 miles away, she offered to act on our behalf on a couple property "check-ins" to ensure progress was being made on vacating the property. This saved us unnecessary driving and/or concern. It's a good example of how she goes the extra mile for her customers. Also, 12 days after we closed, the river our property was on flooded. Joslyn kept us in mind and proactively contacted us to know about local resources that were available to help us. So kind! My wife and I would recommend Joslyn without hesitation. Not only is she good at her job, she's got a great personality. We felt a good connection with her from the first time we met her. We'd definitely use Joslyn again if searching for a property in the area she covers.
