Joy is a wonderful agent, any question I had she had an answer. Every time I called she picked up. I was never left in the dark, the house I want it, the price I need it, the time frame I wanted it in, she made it all happen. She's an excellent agent 10/10 if you really want that house she'll make it happen.

I have used Century 21 and Joy on 2 sales. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Joy Chabot was able to answer all my questions as a first-time homebuyer and guide me to finding the right home for me.

I have worked with Chabot on numerous purchases and she has proven to be knowledgeable, trustworthy, and an advocate for me.

I cannot recommend Joy Chabot highly enough! As we have used her as an agent before we already knew Joy would provide outstanding service from begining to end. She indeed made the process of purchasing our home seamless and stress-free this time again. With years of experience and incredible knowledge about the market, she took the time to understand our needs, preferences, and budget. Joy is always available to answer our questions, offer advice in every step of the way. Joy always goes above and beyond and help coordinate whatever is needed such as loan, inspections, repairs, paperwork etc and stays in contact to let you know you have the last minute information. If you’re looking for a dedicated, efficient and trustworthy real estate agent who looks out for your best of interests, I definitely highly recommend Joy Chabot!!!!

JOY went above and beyond the call of duty, specially in her successful dealings with a false and fraudulent lien placed on my property while in Escrow in order to block such and extort undue funds from me, by another RE Agent, Kelly Salonen BRE Lic# 02063555, Advertising herself as VP of the Mariposa Board of Realtors, which she is not! only working with the offices of Rebecca Hatcher from Mariposa county. PC code 115 class this as a felony! Whereas JOY suffered a financial loss herself, due to this rotten person actions, of a RE sale on one of her own listings where Kelly was also involved in producing untrue documents in order to harm JOY because of our Realtor/Client relationship, but again came out as the winning ethical person that she is. I Highly recomended this Professional person. Bravo to Joy Chabot!!

Appreciate everything Joy did to sell my Dads home.

She is a very professional real estate agent. She works conscientiously, meticulously and responsibly.we are so appreciated!!!
