Joy picked up the pieces whenever the other agent dropped the ball and followed through. When we had issues with a homeless person in the vacant home, she initiated the contact with the police, went over personally and since we were out of town she actually took care of the mess in the house that was left by the the homeless. When the other agent was slow to communjcate neccessary information to her client Joy persisted in getting the response working well into the night hours. Then she worked with us with lot of patience and accommodation in our house search. being first time buyers, our understanding about the protocols was shaky, Joy helped us in everything from guidance in offer price to what to look at in a house. She very knowledgeable about the local housing market. We were concerned that our house hunting will be a long ordeal as we were reading in newspaper articles about having to make dozens of unsuccessful offers, but we were able to purchase a very nice home only after seeing less than 10 properties and making a few offers.
