Joy Chabot is very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. She helped us go through the whole process such as finding a good handyman, cleaning company and inspection company for us. She also gave us suggestions and prepared all documents for us on a timely manner. The process was very smooth without any issues, and the escrow was closed on time. I highly recommend Joy if you want to sell or buy properties.

When we decided to sell our house there was no other broker we would consider other than Joy Chabot. We have dealt with Joy in the past and were extremely happy with her. As noted before we never considered anyone else to sell our home other than Joy she demonstrates all of the above qualities. Joy is someone we trust completely and will definitely use Joy again for any real estate needs. We will and have referred Joy to our friends and family and will continue to do so. Joy made the selling of our house stress free and a great experience. This was due to all the great advice and recommendations we received from Joy. Century 21 is lucky to have a real estate agent as professional, hard working and caring with her clients. Joy Chabot you are the best!!!

Thank you Joy for always being here for us no matter the time it was and for taking us to see all the homes. We really appreciate you and your dedication to helping us find this home.
