Joy is a lovely and engaging professional who was always considerate of my needs. She knows the area well, which was important to me as I am to it. She was able to make recommendations for other services I needed and I was very grateful for that. Joy made sure that I got the house that I wanted.

It is a pleasure to speak of Joy Chabot as my realtor. She is eager to get to know you as a client and seeks to know your expectations while sharing with you the current market place and timing. While others might suggest that selling your home during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays may limit the number of buyers, Joy was quick to point out that those looking would be serious buyers. She took many pictures and explained the extensive methods and advertising schedule her Century 21 office uses. I was extremely impressed by her professionalism and warm personality; and to her availability to me and other buyer's realtors. She was calm and focused during the counteroffers that were made, when I may not have been, always being encouraging, positive, and looking forward. During a time of questionable financing for the buyer, Joy was able to quickly step in and recommend to the buyer's realtor another loan officer and financial institution that successfully brought the sale to a close. These words are not enough to express my gratitude and pleasure in working with Joy, her assistant, and Century 21. But I will, without question, recommend Joy Chabot as one of the top realtors in Merced County, California.

Joy was always willing to answer any question that we had. She never made us feel that our questions were irrelevant or not necessary. We owned a family home that had a well go dry and Joy was able to sell that property in a timely manner for a price that we all agreed up on. Our friends thought it was a miracle. Thank you Joy Chabot!

Best agent in the area.

Joy Chabot is a fantastic realtor in her handling of transactions where she is represents buyers or sellers, and demonstrates years of local and professional experience. The result of her efforts is appreciated. Thank you, Stephen and Joanne Tarbell

Joy communicated well and listened to our needs. She helped make a dream, a reality.

Joy was wonderful. She answered questions and provided input but was not "pushy." She made recommendations but followed our wishes. She suggested when it was time to accept an offer and did not insist we take the first one that came along. I would definitely use Joy again.
