Joyce is very knowledgeable and works hard to make all parties happy.

Very good at selling house

Joyce is very good at what she does and takes pride in going above and beyond what is expected/anticipated. She is great at answering questions without a lot of fluff in her answer. She was great at calming me down when feeling overwhelmed.

We can’t tell you how much we appreciated the professionalism the team of Joyce and Mya Bremmer provided us with during the recent purchase of our new home in the Jeff City area. They responded quickly and clearly to all the questions we had. In fact they were in our case the perfect buyer’s agent.

Great realtor\! Professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress\-free\. Highly recommend\!

Joyce did a great job marketing and selling my mom's house! We had multiple viewings and received several offers over asking price! She was very professional and made the process very easy.

Joyce exceeded my expectations in every way, providing exceptional guidance while making the entire process seemless. I will wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property in mid-Missouri.

Working with Mya and Joyce was an absolute pleasure. Mya was prompt, diligent, knowledgeable, and very hardworking - often working around our schedules. Our home search was nothing short of a journey, but Mya made the process enjoyable through her communication and positive mindset. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience and most of all the outcome!

Joyce Bremer was excellent communicator with our home sale. The day we called her Remax office she was out for her eye surgery. The same day she returned our call., and made an appointment to visit us. From then she explained all the details of the sale. She arranged to take pictures of our home. Sale sign , lock key box were fast. Her marketing technique was excellent. Due to that many people came to see the home. Excatly in. Two weeks 19 people came to visit the home. With 2 offer we were able to choose the one we liked. The sale was done quickly. She also helped us to give information clearing our home . She was patient, caring, and loving person.. we enjoyed working with her. We wish her all the best as a realtor. Thank you !!! Apreciste it.

I was selling my parents' property while living in another state. Joyce Bremer took care of everything, which relieved a lot of stress. Her communication was clear, and response times were prompt. We had offers on day two, and the property sold for more than asking price. I would highly recommend Joyce for her knowledge, professionalism, and effectivenesss.
