We owned a unique property - difficult to sell. Joyce and her team worked hard to find the right buyer. We are very pleased.

Joyce Bremer and her team were excellent to work with. They took care of everything!

Joyce understood that it was a tough decision for me to sell my late parents home. She was very diligent, understanding, and took the time to talk to me when hard decisions needed to be made i.e. dropping the price of the house. I felt like she truly cared about me and my feelings. I had other options for a realtor but selected Joyce because I knew she would get my house sold quickly. It was a great choice! Joyce went above and beyond to help me sell my house. I would not have been able to do it without her! I can't thank Joyce and her team enough.

Joyce and her team did a great job and provided timely and helpful advice. She was very responsive and encouraging through a big life change for us. We recommend Joyce and her team or to our friends.

Joyce Bremer and Kylie Boeckman are both incredible to work with. My wife and I spent over a year looking for the right house, and Kylie remained patient with us throughout the entire process. Whenever we wanted to look at a house, Kylie was always available to meet us and walk through it with us, even if that house wasn't one that she was trying to sell. She never once pressured us into a decision, and always respected our opinions. Once we had finally found our house, Kylie and Joyce were there for us every step of the way. Any time of day, they were both available to answer any of our questions. There is absolutely no other team that I would recommend if you are buying or selling your home. Joyce and Kylie are the best!

Joyce Bremer and her RE/MAX group are absolutely incredible to work with. They kept us informed throughout the entire process, and were always available at any time for questions. We were a little worried about trying to get our house sold, but Joyce and her team spelled out everything for us, and we had accepted an offer within the first week after our house had posted! I will recommend them to anybody who is looking to buy or sell their house in the future!

Joyce and her incredible team, worked quickly to market and secure a fast and efficient sale. I was very pleased with their constant contact in regards to the procedure of sales and closing. They did a superb job! Thank you so much! Julie Hanrahan
